Netball: Grueling group stages throw off in style at Sacred Heart SS Gulu | 2026 USSSA Ball Games 2

The signature sport at the 2026 USSSA Ball Games 2, Netball commenced in high gear at the Sacred Heart Secondary School playground in Gulu City.

By Saturday, 11th July 2026, a number of schools had played with routine victories recorded for many known traditional netballing schools.

St Noa Girls Zana, Namagabi S.S, Dynamic S.S, Ngando S.S, Kibuli S.S, among others were some of the schools with outstanding commanding victories.

With the grueling group stages expected to go on through to next week, there is a lot to play for as the schools target qualification to the knock out stages; round of 32, 16, quarters, semifinals and the eventual final.

The best four schools will qualify for the 2026 FEASSSA Games in Morogoro city, Tanzania next month.

Netball is among the curtail of games being played in Gulu city. The others include Athletics, Handball, Woodball, Lacrosse, football (U-14 and U-17), Basketball (3X3), Rugby (7’s), Chess, Volleyball, Beach Soccer, Beach Volleyball and Dancesport.

There are several demonstration games on display like Darts, Pickelball, Kho Kho.

The games will conclude on 18th July 2026.
