Buhimba United hold Police in the Uganda Premier League encounter at Royals Park, Butema on Tuesday.

Umaru Kasumba led the line coming into the team as a direct replacement for Bedia Ikamba, who received a red card in the previous game.

In under ten minutes, Kasumba nearly gave the visitors the lead through a powerful header but his effort went slightly wide of the area.

Lawrence Tezikya smartly set up Saidi Kyeyune on the left flank before the skipper’s effort bounced off the frame in the 20th minute.

Reagan Male broke the deadlock with a fine tap-in thanks to Benon Tahomera’s setup. The attack was started by Stephen Namaisi’s throw-in.

In the added time, Buhimba Saints levelled matters through Erick Nyonyitono, giving the home fans a reason to smile.

After picking a point, Police remain fourth on the log with 32 points while Buhimba Saints lie 11th with 15 points.
