Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare has insisted that Wolverhampton Wanderers are not giving up on their fight for Premier League survival, following their impressive 2–2 comeback draw against league leaders Arsenal.

Reacting after the game, Arokodare admitted the situation remains difficult for the squad but stressed that belief is still strong within the dressing room.

“It’s a depressing situation for us because we know where we are on the table,” Arokodare said. “But we are not giving up. There is still belief in this team that we can beat the drop.”

The Nigerian forward praised his teammates’ resilience after coming from behind against one of the league’s strongest sides, describing the result as a morale booster.

“Coming back against a team like Arsenal shows our character,” he added. “We know the quality they have, but we stayed in the game and fought until the end.”

Arokodare emphasized that Wolves must now build on the performance as the season enters a decisive phase.

“Every point matters now,” he concluded. “If we keep this fighting spirit and belief, I’m confident we can turn things around.”
