2026 Asian Games
KarlTzy, Kelra banner loaded SIBOL squad for Asiad gold push
With expectations mounting and the spotlight growing ever brighter, SIBOL finally pulled back the curtain on its star-studded roster for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang event of the 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya, Japan on Wednesday.
Bannered by the core of Team Liquid PH—Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno, Sanford “Sanford” Vinuya, Alston “Sanji” Pabico, Jaypee “Jaypee” Dela Cruz, and Dave “Teddyqt” Viana—SIBOL will lean on an already battle-tested spine as it sets its sights on a golden run in Nagoya.
Adding even more firepower is ONIC Esports’ Duane “Kelra” Pillas—arguably the best gold laner in the world—giving the national squad another lethal weapon as it heads into what looms as its biggest international tournament since its inception in 2019.
Allec “SN4P” Alvarado will serve as head coach following Team Liquid PH’s win in the recent qualifiers, with Kim “Daiki” Sebanes, also from the reigning MPL PH champion, taking on the role of analyst.
Also part of the previously announced coaching staff are Francis “Duckey” Glindro of Team Falcons PH, Michael “Arcadia” Bocado of Selangor Red Giants, and Denver “Yeb” Miranda of ONIC Esports, adding further depth to SIBOL’s buildup for the campaign.
