Promise Meliga in 10 hottest teen stars

Former Beyond Limits Academy star Promise Meliga, 18, has been rated among the Top 10 teenagers dazzling in the Norwegian top league this season.

The ranking was done by TV2, one of the official broadcasters of the Norwegian top flight.

In the cold winter months of 2025, Promise Meliga’s dribbling skills warmed the crowd at Vålerenga’s training matches. The Nigerian had to wait until he turned 18 in August before he was ready to play in official matches.

Last year, Meliga made the most appearances in the Eliteserien and played the most second-tier football in Vålerenga.

Just before the start of the season this year, he was loaned to Kristiansund. Here, he was decisive in his debut with two late goals that ensured KBK turned around a 2-1 deficit to a 3–2 victory in the season opener against Brann.
