Following an abysmal first round in which they finished in the bottom half, URA are set for a rebuild with two signings to bolster the midfield.

According to reliable sources, the tax collectors are on the brink of acquiring free agents Moses Waiswa and Rahmat Ssenfuka.

Waiswa’s contract at Vipers expired in January and from the look of things, the club’s reluctancy to hand him a deal means he is available.

It is reported that he will sign a two-year contract with Hussein Mbalangu’s charges who have also reportedly added former Wakiso Giants captain Ssenfuka to their squad.

The two are expected to bring quality and experience to the middle of the pack that also has Norman Namanya, Nicholas Kabonge, Laban Tibita and Joshua Lubwama among others.

URA are 13th with 13 points, only two ahead of the teams occupying the relegation zone.
