Super Falcons battle Cameroon in WAFCON warm-up
The Super Falcons will test their readiness for the defence of their WAFCON crown when they take on the Lionesses of Cameroon in a double header.
Officials told SCORENigeria that the two friendlies will be played during the forthcoming international break for women and they will be played in Cameroon.
The first game in Yaounde will be on Saturday, February 28, while the second game will be on Tuesday, March 3.
Last year, both teams slugged it out in a test game played in Abeokuta with the Super Falcons winning 2-0.
The Super Falcons are due to open training camp for the WAFCON Friday.
For the 2026 WAFCON, which will serve as qualifying series for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil, the Super Falcons are drawn in a first round group that includes Zambia and Malawi.
