It didn’t take long for JL Delos Santos to find his way back to the PBA.

The 5-foot-11 guard signed with the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters as an unrestricted free agent on Saturday.

Delos Santos becomes the 14th player on the Fuel Masters’ roster and will bolster a backcourt that already includes Evan Nelle, Tyler Tio, and JC Cullar.

Originally the 19th overall pick of Converge in the 2023 PBA Draft, Delos Santos was not retained by the FiberXers after his contract expired last January.

Instead, he reunited with his former college head coach Louie Gonzalez to play for MPBL side Ilagan Isabela.

In the ongoing preseason tournament, Delos Santos appeared in seven games, averaging 8.6 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.4 steals per contest, though he missed the Cowboys’ game last Thursday.

Now, he officially returns to the PBA with Phoenix.
